EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION
If you have an after hour emergency, for example a roof leak or sewer back up, please call Condominium Associates at 1-800-645-8233 and tell them you are in Pointe West. Do not tell them you are in Summertree because they will not be able to locate any information. If the problem can wait until normal business hours you can also use the "Contact Us" tab on the home page and you will be contacted by the office or appropriate board member during normal business hours.

Problems with the gate or recreation facility should be directed to the
Summertree Recreation Facility.
